  • learn how to make sensible food choices when dining out

One on One Personal Training

is perfect for those who desire strong commitment, accountability, and fabulous results.  Your trainer will incorporate exercises and a workout style that you will enjoy, while taking into account your fitness level.

Sessions are available in full and 1/2 hours.

Weight Training for Weight Loss

is perfect for the new member looking to learn to lift weights, and lose weight doing it!  This program will teach you how to improve metabolism and increase energy.
